what a great great book. All people should read it. The world would be a better place if so. Because we would not have all these talks about life being fair. If so, then we would all be the same. And "sameness" is the root of all evil within the community.
Ah, at the end when Jonas ventures into uncharted territories, beyond the fields of the community. I too longed for that escape....
